In today's browsers HTML <table> tags may not be the most adaptable for aligning text, images and urls. You will need to use <div> tags.

Below is an example of aligning url links using <div> tags.

<div style="float:left; margin:15px; width:50px;height:50px">

<h5><a href="http://mkg.com:8080/biworld/?page_id=116">CONTACT </a> </h5>

</div>

<div style="float:left; margin:15px; width:75px;height:50px">

<h5><a href="http://mkg.com:8080/biworld/?page_id=56">DOWNLOADS</a> </h5>

</div>

<div style="float:left; margin:15px; width:50px;height:50px">

<h5><a href="http://mkg.com:8080/biworld/?page_id=74">BLOG</a> </h5>

</div>

Result:
