Migrate from Gmail to Google Apps PDF Print E-mail

  • Sign in to the Google Admin console .
  • Click Migrations.

    If you don't see Migrations on your dashboard, click More controls.

  • From the Where are you migrating from? list, select Gmail.
  • Click Connect.
  • Do one of the following options for the migration period:
    • Accept the default option.
    • Select the migration period.
  • (Optional) Choose whether or not to migrate deleted and junk emails, and whether or not to exclude certain folders from the migration.
  • Click Select Users.
  • Do one of the following options:
    • To migrate data for all of your users, check the box at the top of the checkbox column.
    • Check the box next to each user whose email you want to migrate.
  • In the IMAP email field, check the user's Gmail address and correct the address if it isn't correct.
  • Click Authorize.
  • Review the Authorization Required box, and click the link provided.

  • Note: The Gmail Account owner may be prompted to sign into Gmail.
  • The Gmail account owner must review the request for permission to view and manage their mail and click Accept.
  • Paste the code in the Authorization Code field and click OK.

  • Click Start migration to start the migration.
