If you are using Internet Explorer or Chrome you may experience browser warnings for unknown downloaded files.
For example if you are downloading an exe file from our site and your browser is discarding or removing your download you can bypass this and permit the download.
If you are seeing the below message on IE after downloading an exe file
Click Actions
On the next window click Run anyway
If you are see the below message on Chrome after downloading
Click the small arrow
Then click Keep
