you want to forward emails to multiple emails in your organization you cannot do this via Settings in GMail. You need to login to the Administrator panel and setup mail routing.


1. Login to the Administrator GMail account in your organization


2. Go to the Admin panel


3. Click Users, click the selected user email to route from


4. Under the selected user scroll and click on Google Apps Enabled




5 Scroll and click on Default routing



6 Click on Add setting



7 Enter the routing details similar to below. Leave Single recipient and enter the receiver email



8 In Also deliver to section, tick Add more recipients and all the emails to be forwarded to. Note* You can add emails outside the organization to forward emails to



9 In Options 3 click Perform this action on non-recognized and recognized addresses
